Sister Theresa: John, that HAS to be sacrilege to tug on my habit like that in order to get my attention.

John: Naw, it’s what it’s for.

Sister Theresa: (the smile came)

John: How’s a nun’s life?

Sister Theresa: Everything’s good yeah. We’re trying to decide how we’re going to handle schedule changes in the convent. Sister St Joseph has been asked to put on a small series about the dynamics of The Holy Family. But anyways it’s on the east side of town so we’re trying to figure out her use of the car in order to get there.

John: St Joe.

Sister Theresa: I love love love St Joseph.

John: The true ladies man that’s for sure. But hey, could you image the panic he had to be in when Jesus ran off to the temple. How long was it three days or something.

Sister Theresa: Yeah three days.

John: Could you image what Mary & Joseph were thinking, and Joseph in particular. haha he tells Mary- ‘Just, stay, put. Please stay put. Real great, I’ve already lost God himself, that’s all I need is to lose The Mother of God too.’ Do you think Joseph spanked him when they finally found him? I know Mary wouldn’t even know what the word spank means.

Sister Theresa: I don’t know.. he was a pretty God fearing man, John.

John: Scared about kindred disobedience you mean? Feared Jesus might fire back and spank him you mean?

Sister Theresa: Not Jesus John, not ever.

John: Jesus is great too- ‘why would you be worried about me?’ I, me your Son- was only gone for three days, dad. hehe

Sister Theresa: John the spirituality in that scene. Those lovely Twin Hearts all the time!!

Jesus says- “Did you not know that I must be in my Father’s house?”

Mary knew, Mary knew entirely as she herself was in continual prayer to The Father. Mary & Jesus are one in this fashion. It said Mary “kept it in her heart”. It says this a few other places and whenever this comes up in the gospel the union of The Twin Hearts can be reflected on by the faithful for the greatest of meanings.

But yeah- I’ll have to remind sister to mention something about that. I’ll tell her John thought Jesus shoulda been spanked for running off.

John: There was no time out, no nothing… Ey will you be at the early mass? I need to run.

Sister Theresa: Yeah, I will be.

John: K. Yeah, I like to sit behind you guys. I figure that’s my only chance… to sit near very Holy people- my power surge.

Sister Theresa: (laugh) Oh John… But yeah, I have a prayer card I wanted to give you, I’ll bring it.

John: Throw it at me if I’m sleeping… Errrrr leeeey.. zzzzZZZzzz

Ey.. it’s for hiding bed head too.. your habit.

Sister Theresa: That’s what I like about no hats on in The Church. There’s no way around it for you, and I get to see it!! Bed head and hat hair, man is that fun John!!

John: Manana- rise and shine. (parting)

Sister Theresa: Wakey wakey (eggs and bacy)… lol…Bye John…

Sister Theresa: Quiet?

John: Quiet.

Sister Theresa: Aw comeon..

John: …

Sister Theresa: Tell me about what you’ve been up to. You’re never quiet.

John: But should be.. naw.. well, for whatever reason my thing’s been involvement outside the Church, everywhere elsewhere in plans to share whatever likeness that is found.

Sister Theresa: How’s that going for you?

John: Sucks. I’m a traditionalist, only a self righteous jerk too. It’s hard. But still just the same the Lord stays insistent. He wants me to learn discipline, courage, love, compassion, and acceptance. He leads me to Protestants to learn discretion, and nonbelievers for patience, staying obedient to all of his directives. While experiencing the full fledged, he wants my Faith to remain in him, for in this, all hope will remain.

Sister, I’m never alone, for the Lord is always with me, but sometimes when I fall back he’s not the same distance away. But anyways, this is why I always need prayers.

Sister Theresa: Are you fully consumed, spiritually, everyday?

John: I’m learning sister. But yeah, if I’m not red-lining all of the time I get antsy.

Sister Theresa: There are limits to spiritual exertion. It’s energy John that’s being exerted. So its most important that it is the Lord who you’re hearing, while nothings put to waste. You’re not far off though, capacities change as we grow, allowing for more room. And although there is more breathing room, if we are to follow the Lord it should never be too too easy, for the cross becomes too distant and our minds are left out to be taken by others, others with bad intent.. so instead- what we bear is just light enough that we aren’t crushed underneath.

John, when the Lord said- “For my yoke is easy and my burden is light,” was he meaning his always is, or yours always should be?

Left Out:
Sister Theresa: Just make sure your car is the Church, the engine- Christ. Take breaks John, you won’t overheat. God gave you top flight, don’t spare anything.

John: Hi sister, I won’t keep ya but I wanted to say what’s up and to pray for me.

Sister Theresa: I will John. And I do John.

John: Your prayers and devotion is working. I felt it sister as soon as I saw you- your veil with Christ, it’s beautiful and everyone around you then in His presence. This of no surprise, but as your brother, I say this to assure you. You’re doing such a good job for Jesus. How’s Mary?

Sister Theresa: Thank you. Mary’s Perfect, and loves you very much. You are Hers, John.

John: And Therese?

Sister Theresa: Our little big sister… in Littleness for Jesus, in the presense of Him and His Mother.

John: *smiles* And how’s Saint Sister Theresa?

Sister Theresa: *smiles also* I’m also good John, thank you. Everything is okay, John?

John: Ya, sister. I’m good.

Sister Theresa: Gooood. I’m so glad to hear this and to see you. Well I need to get back, They need a person to watch over Jesus in Adoration. We will talk soon?

John: Okay, great. Have a good day. I’m praying for you sister.

Sister Theresa: Good John, because I need your prayers.
